Total Peace & Wellness, located in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh, celebrated its grand opening on October 25th. Rhonda Broadway and Carlos Smith store owners are looking to help people not only by providing high quality CBD products but are also spreading CBD education and awareness to them as well.
“We’re really focused on providing CBD education to the community,” says Broadway Role of the city. On the Total Peace & Wellness website, there is a information blog included to try to keep customers informed of the virtues of the CBD.

“You can take CBD, you can take jelly beans, you can take tincture,” Broadway says. “But the absorption rate isn’t that high, so you put that tincture under your tongue and a lot of people don’t feel the reaction, and that’s because you don’t really absorb it in your blood.”
“I saw a lot of CBD stands and I didn’t really know much about it, and I bought CBD tinctures from the events,” says Broadway. “Some were good, some were bad. After researching the companies and how CBD works with our bodies, I was able to find quality products that work well for me.
“What it did for my body and my stress, and how it helped relieve my symptoms, was something I had never experienced before. It really helped me work in my daily life without having that level of stress. stress, ”he adds. “I was fascinated by CBD and how it works if it’s of very good quality. I was really looking forward to spreading that awareness to other people.”

The store not only offers products and education to its consumers, it also educates them on how CBD can work with pets and includes an informative guide on how it can be used for different diseases (arthritis, seizures, cancer, etc.) and how much use depending on the weight and size of the animal.
The store also makes monthly donations based on 5% of Total Peace & Wellness sales to selected non-profit organizations. In October a donation was made to The Essie Justice Groupwho works with women of color who have jailed relatives.
For November, the planned donation is scheduled for Students for Sensitive Drug Policywho has a degree at Indiana University in Pennsylvania.
