[ATLANTA] – The biggest reggae festival in the south is back! He 9th Annual BeREGGAE Music and Arts Festival with a stellar lineup of artists, musicians, deejays, food, vendors and more. August 12-14 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
This 3-day celebration of music, arts, culture and business will bring together the Afro-Caribbean and the African diaspora in a free environment full of family fun.
This year’s lineup:
Wayne Wonder, Tito Puente Jr., DJ Kizzy Rock, John Wayne Movements, Diamond D and more to be revealed. This is an annual fundraiser for the Hand Over Fist Foundation. There will be Cabana Rentals and VIP experience passes on sale.
Wayne Wonder is best known for his hit crossover album No Holding Back and the single MEGA-HIT No Letting Go. He has been a constant hit creator over the years and has consistently reached the Billboard charts, including the Hot 100 Pop Chart, the Grammy nomination and the UK MOBO Award. Billboard Music Award winner Tito Puente Jr. presents Mambo Domingo, a full day of celebration of Afro-Cuban / Afro-Latin music and culture! Tito brings his high energy performance with Latin singer Melina Almodóvar. Performance on the Oakhill stage.

DJ Kizzy Rock Introduces OLD ATLANTA EXPERIENCE Veteran DJ, producer, Atlanta culture historian, founding father of Atlanta hip hop culture, DJ Kizzy Rock will celebrate the culture of ancient Atlanta. The OLD ATLANTA EXPERIENCE will include special guests and surprise performances by Atlanta hip hop legends. Performance on the El Prat stage
John Wayne Movements presents Tropic Summer: An Island Music Experience. Tropic Summer is a true celebration of Caribbean music to move your feet to some of the best DJs in Atlanta, with Mix Master David, DJ Kash, Ras Imon, Juggla XP, Rico Vibes, Marlon Revolution and more the best of Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Calypso, afro beat and more. Performance on the El Prat stage.
Regiment 54 features Return of the Boom Bap produced by Diamond D. Executive produced by legendary artist, producer, deejay, Diamond D; ROTBB is a mini festival held on the second day of Boom Bap Hip Hop culture. With local talent and national boom bap artists.

- The reproductive justice resilience project presents the sanctuary of personal care: A healing space for BIPOC women. The SCS is a two-hectare activation on the shores of Lake Clara dedicated to the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of BIPOC women with mental health specialists, massage, midwifery experts, healers and more. The Reproductive Justice Resilience Project is a national RJ organization, founded by blacks and led by women, based in Atlanta, Georgia. RJRP prioritizes and supports resilience, healing, self-care, and holistic work that speaks to the soul and spirit of BIPOC women.
- BeREGGAE 5K: RUN Piedmont. The biggest 5K Caribbean in the country is back and this time WE RUN THE PIEDMONT! Our 5k will offer runners a unique racing experience in the different scenarios of the Piedmont / Atlanta waistline. Start and finish at Charles Allen Gate.
- Saturday Morning Cartoons: Old school family cartoon on Saturday morning playing on the Oakhill stage. Families will enjoy cartoons and wizards, including a special Synchronicity Theater performance featuring children’s play. The three birds of Bob Marley (playing in the theater from June 3 to 26, 2022)
